Chelsea cruised to a commanding 5-0 victory over Barrow, securing their spot in the fourth round of the Carabao Cup.
The League Two side was no match for Enzo Maresca’s team, who raced into a 2-0 lead early on, with Christopher Nkunku scoring both goals. An own goal made it 3-0 at halftime.
Pedro Neto added another just after the break, and Nkunku completed his hat-trick, capping off a dominant performance.

Despite making 11 changes to the starting lineup, Maresca fielded a strong team, leaving academy players on the bench. Chelsea took the lead in the eighth minute when Felix’s brilliant lobbed pass found Nkunku, who finished with a controlled volley.
Seven minutes later, Malo Gusto’s low cross set up Nkunku again for a slick flick past Barrow’s goalkeeper, Paul Farman. The third goal came from a Felix free-kick that hit the post and deflected off Farman into the net.
