“I will not tolerate non-performance,” declared Keyamo. Before you go from here, please resign if you believe that holding public office is your way to gain money. Thousands of Nigerians are awaiting your service, thus you should view it as a privilege that you were picked to serve.

Should you become embroiled in corruption within your offices, I will be the first to turn you over to the proper authorities for embezzling public funds. I’m not going to let anyone screw me over.

The minister made it plain that he would watch out to make sure the new hires showed a dedication to public service above private benefit.

He stressed that the industry is the present administration’s primary area of attention, having been given newfound optimism.

Together with the CEOs, the minister also signed a performance bond.
