Cross Okonkwo, a reality TV star, has revealed an unpleasant event he had outside the Big Brother House with his colleague, Angel Smith, when they were still friends.
On Tuesday’s instalment of the reunion show, Angel and Cross got into a heated argument. The topic of discussion is their connection both inside and outside of the Big Brother Naija house.
Angel claimed that she was a better friend to Cross in the relationship. She stated Cross didn’t give back the same amount of effort she put in to make their friendship work. Cross, she claimed, was concealing their friendship from fans and fellow housemates for reasons only he knew about.

Angel eventually began listing the things she did for Cross that he never returned. She claimed that when Cross became ill, she left her home to cook for him. She claimed she borrowed money from Cross when he ran out. She claimed that when Cross became agitated, she booked him for a spa. Cross, on the other hand, she said did not reciprocate the same intensity in their friendship.
Cross said that he tried his hardest to match her energy. He, on the other hand, stated that he would not go on national television to enumerate the things he did for her when they were dating, but that he was always there for her when she needed him.
Angel put Cross through a lot while they were together, according to Cross. He claims she has a habit of cutting off all communication with him without warning. He claims she does this on a regular basis, leaving him and her family frustrated after numerous failed attempts to contact her.
Angel cut off communication with everyone, including Cross’s family, at one point, Cross alleged. Everyone was anxious about her, he added, and they had to drag the cops along because they hadn’t known where she was for days.
He stated she was eventually found comatose on the floor after many days of searching. If they hadn’t found her, he warned, anything could have happened to her.
“A lot of things happened to her then. And when they actually found her, they found her on the floor unconscious. Do you know what could have happened to her?” –Cross narrated
Angel clarified that she was sick at that time and she didn’t cut off communications intentionally.
