In recent days, there were speculations that Bankole Wellington, also known as Banky W, a popular Nigerian singer, actor, politician, and pastor, had not only cheated on his wife, actress Adesua Etomi but had also impregnated another woman, believed to be Niyola, who was previously signed to his record label.
Gist lover, a gossip source, went further to claim that the singer had been involved with the alleged mistress even before his marriage to Adesua Etomi and continued the affair afterwards.

However, Banky W and Adesua Etomi have put these allegations to rest by sharing affectionate photos of themselves on Sunday, June 25, 2023, while attending church, reaffirming their love for each other.
Also, while addressing the congregation during the church service at Water Brooks Church, Banky W stated that the devil is a liar, as God is in control.
According to him, the devil didn’t want the congregation to hear his sermon, hence why he hit him with a cheating scandal.
Banky W further appreciated his wife, who he said he would forever remain grateful to God for because he often keeps her on the phone for hours.
