The strategy involves a Saudi club initially signing Neymar, then loaning him to Barcelona for a season, before he proceeds with his career in the Middle East.

Al Hilal is the most suitable Saudi club to acquire Neymar’s signature. Following his assistance to Barcelona during the 2023/24 season, Neymar is set to play for Al Hilal for three consecutive seasons.

Initially, there were reports of Xavi’s resistance to Neymar’s return. However, it appears that the Barcelona manager has become more receptive to the idea, particularly after failing to secure Bernardo Silva.

Luis Enrique has excluded Neymar from PSG’s squad for their first Ligue 1 match, indicating that the club’s intention is for Neymar to depart.
