Al-Hilal forward Neymar has responded to Manchester City midfielder Rodri after the Spaniard’s recent comments about Vinicius Junior.
Rodri, who won the 2024 Ballon d’Or last month, had suggested that Vinicius could improve by paying more attention on the pitch. The Spain international said, “Vinicius is an intelligent guy, and over time, he’ll realize that the more he focuses on the game, the better he’ll become. He’s young, and people at Madrid will give him good advice, especially given the club’s values.”
However, Neymar, a fellow Brazilian, fired back at Rodri’s remarks, calling him a “talker” in a post on Instagram. “He [Rodri] became a talker now,” Neymar wrote.

Rodri is currently recovering from a season-ending knee injury, while Vinicius will be hoping to help Real Madrid secure a win against Leganes in La Liga on Sunday.
