However, justice has not been served, and no one has been prosecuted, and many more people have been and continue to be subjected to heinous treatment.

Faith Oyedepo prayed that God would avenge the innocent Nigerian youngsters’ blood and bring to justice all those responsible for the atrocity.

Waoh! she wrote. The Lekki Massacre took place a year ago today. The aches and horrors of that dreadful night are still fresh in our thoughts, just as they were yesterday.

Regrettably, justice has yet to be served, and no one has been brought to justice; additionally, many more have been and continue to be subjected to heinous treatment! Let us pray for justice and retribution for all those who were brutally slain that day.

In Jesus’ name, amen, we will raise our hands and cry out our hearts to the God of vengeance to revenge the blood of these innocent lads, bring to justice every perpetrator of the slaughter, and answer every prayer made for this cause quickly.

'Avenge the blood of these defenseless children.' The wife of Bishop Oyedepo delivers a moving statement about the Lekki Massacre.
