The Kaduna State Government has disclosed that no fewer than 362 passengers were on the Abuja-Kaduna train attacked by terrorists on Monday night. The government noted that from the passenger manifest it received from the Nigerian Railway Corporation, 398 passengers bought tickets for the trip, but 362 boarded the train. The state Commissioner for Internal Security and Home Affairs, Samuel Aruwan, also revealed that eight bodies had been recovered, while 26 others were confirmed injured and currently receiving medical attention.
