According to the UK Mirror, Arsenal will not face any fines as the circumstances were entirely beyond their control.

Their flight eventually took off in the evening, prompting Arteta to fulfill his media commitments over the phone.

It’s worth highlighting that Arsenal secured a convincing 4-0 victory at the Emirates in their first match against PSV.
