Anthony Joshua revealed that one of the proudest moments of his boxing career came after following advice from football legend Cristiano Ronaldo.

Joshua, who is preparing for a showdown against Daniel Dubois for the IBF World Heavyweight title at Wembley, shared how Ronaldo’s influence had a significant impact on his training and lifestyle. Ronaldo, known for his remarkable longevity at the highest levels of football, currently plays in the Saudi Pro League at 39.

Ronaldo advised Joshua on his feeding and training regimen, which Joshua followed closely. The boxer highlighted that adopting Ronaldo’s recommendations, especially getting seven hours of sleep, became his “proudest moment to date.”

“The regimen Ronaldo follows to stay healthy is impressive. After taking some of his advice, I managed to get seven hours’ sleep, and that was a proud moment for me,” Joshua explained.
