Four days later, they sealed a 2-1 triumph away at Crystal Palace, with a Joel Ward own goal and a strike from Son ensuring a perfect record for the month.

Postecoglou, who joined Tottenham from Celtic in the summer, has garnered widespread approval at the club. This unity comes as a stark contrast to the challenges faced in the previous 2022/23 season.
