Lola Alao is a well-known Nollywood actress and producer who was born on December 19, 1970.
Lola Alao hails from the Nigerian town of Igbira in the state of Kogi. She received her primary and secondary education at Army Children School, Ilorin, and Sobi Government School, respectively. She studied catering and hotel management at the YWCA before graduating from the University of Lagos with a bachelor’s degree. Her acting career began with a part in the Nigerian television series “Ripples.” Lola Alao has appeared in over 100 Nigerian films, including Ewe Koko, 5 & 6, Oku tee sin, Oko Nene, Oba Asa, and a number of others.

She’s also a film producer, having worked on over 30 films with her company “Lola Alao production.” Aside from performing, Lola is the founder of two non-profit organizations, one named after her daughter, Damilola Ogunlana Empowerment Foundation, and the other named after herself, Lola Alao Foundation. She’s a gorgeous woman of high class and morality who converted from Islam to Christianity for reasons unknown to her. Before meeting the American-based Olawale Ajibola, Lola Alao was married to Dare Ogunlana and had a daughter Omowunmi.
