Funke Akindele, a Nollywood actress and contender for Lagos deputy governor, recently attacked Celestial Church of Christ followers in Ogun State.
In Imeko, Ogun State, at the Celestial Church’s yearly gathering, the actress and mother of twin boys asked for prayers.
On Saturday, December 24, Akindele sung her favorite worship song as she addressed the audience. She advised putting God first in whatever one does and being polite.

She further stated that those who dress in white and act in a manner befitting a “Celestial mother” must do so.
“Anything we do we must put God first. We have to be must be well mannered. We must behave like those who wear white cloth. We have to behave like a ‘Celestial’ mother.
We must not forget our source. Don’t forget your God. God be with you. All I want is prayer. Keep praying for me”.
