Pastor Usman Samson, the resident pastor of Dunamis International Gospel Centre in Uyo, Akwa Ibom, made the decision to brighten his churchgoers’ days on Sunday, March 3, by giving them bags of rice and yams.
Photos showing the bags of rice and yams well arranged in front of the altar was shared on the Church’s Facebook page.
According to reports from Niger Delta inside, the pastor also shared foodstuffs to students the previous Sunday, a relief aimed to reduce the burden of food insecurity and economic hardship people were facing.
