A school building collapsed in Taraba, killing two people and injuring many others.

Following the collapse of a school building in Peva-Chanchaji, Takum Local Government Area, Taraba State, two people have been reported dead.

Several people were also reported to have been hurt as a result of the terrible incident.

The incident occurred in the wee hours of Saturday morning.

Those injured, according to a neighborhood source who confirmed the occurrence to our reporter, were brought to neighboring medical facilities for treatment.

In Peva, the Holy Ghost Secondary School collapsed today, killing two people and injuring many more,” the source added.
