He is aware of the appeal of the international competition.

When asked by The Hindu Times if he would manage a national squad, he responded, “Why not? Definitely, I would. Up until today, I didn’t give it any thought.

But I would think about if the team is the correct one and whether it has a chance to take home championships like the World Cup and the Euros.

Then, a more detailed question about the Three Lions was directed at Tuchel.

I can see where you’re headed, he continued. But I believe that England currently has a competent coach.

“The squad is incredibly talented and strong… Regarding everything else, I won’t say anything.

Southgate has a contract with the FA through 2024, but pressure has increased in the wake of England’s disappointing Nations League performance.

Tuchel has traveled to India for three weeks of Ayurvedic rejuvenation, a sort of therapy that tries to balance the mind, body, and soul, after being fired by Chelsea.

He recently revealed that his exit from Stamford Bridge had a significant impact on him.

In his words: “Every day at Chelsea was wonderful.

“I felt as though it ended too soon, but I had no control over it. You agree to this when you join up.”

Regarding his picks for the Qatar-hosted World Cup: “Germany, Argentina, Brazil, France, and England.

“Senegal and Belgium. Don’t forget Spain, either. I’m excited to watch the players I trained at the World Cup.”
