Despite smashing spending records in the summer, Chelsea will be active in the January transfer window.
In a spectacular swap deal bid for forward Rafael Leao, Chelsea may send Armando Broja and Christian Pulisic to AC Milan, according to sources. The Blues, who have a lot of admiration for Leao, might sell some of their peripheral players to acquire the highly regarded Portugal ace.
Chelsea wanted to sign Leao during the summer transfer window, but the price was too high. To help Graham Potter’s assault, the west Londoners could try to recruit the 23-year-old in January.

Milan’s prized asset, who shone against Chelsea in the Champions League this season, is thought to be worth roughly £105 million (€120 million). According to reports, the Stamford Bridge administration is prepared to send two players to Milan in addition to paying a large portion of the transfer money.
Chelsea is considering paying Milan’s £105 million asking price by sending forward Broja and winger Pulisic. Hakim Ziyech is a different potential attacker.
