UEFA has released the names of the four candidates for player of the week following the conclusion of the matchday 3 matches for the 2022–2023 UEFA Champions league season.

The nominees are Red Bull Leipzig star Andre Silva, Napoli captain Di Lorenzo, Juventus winger Angel Di Maria, and Borussia Dortmund midfielder Jude Bellingham, according to a post on the UEFA Champions League’s verified Facebook Page.

Red Bull Leipzig defeated Celtic by a score of 3-1 thanks to two goals from Andre Silva. He also received the man of the match honor.
