On Thursday, the Lagos State Government held an auction for at least 134 vehicles that had been seized for different traffic violations.

The exercise was conducted at the Bolade Oshodi, Oshodi-Isolo Local Government Area, headquarters of the Lagos State Taskforce and Special Offenses Unit.

Locals flocked to the location to place bids on a variety of vehicles, including automobiles, buses, and SUVs (Sport Utility Vehicles).

Offenders arrived expecting to bid on their cars and get them back at a reasonable price, but they were surprised to see a gathering of businesspeople who were also prepared to bid on the seized automobiles with cash.
