Eriksen said to Sky Sports on Sunday, “There is a tremendous difference compared to the first two games, absolutely, that is true.

“However, I also believe that the new setup, with the manager entering and myself being new, entering a new changing room, is important.

“There are a lot of guys joining in the middle, a lot of players who have been involved for a while, and I believe you can feel that now as everyone gets acclimated to it.

It will become more comfortable with the guys because they are a genuinely good group. Everyone wants to compete and give their best effort.

After Antony’s first-ever goal gave Mikel Arteta’s team the lead, United rallied admirably at the Theatre of Dreams, with Marcus Rashford scoring twice to secure yet another tense victory.

Eriksen asserts that after our recent run of successes, confidence is starting to develop, emphasizing the importance of doing the right things at the right times.

In the games, he continued, “I think you can see and you can feel the games from the players that we are starting to be more confident.”

“Compared to the first two games and even the first few games after that, we are dominating the ball more.

“More than merely sprinting back and forth, we are dictating the game.”
