Mercy Aigbe, an actress and businesswoman, has taken a hiatus from social media following the anger, assaults, and reaction she received from netizens for not only kidnapping another woman’s husband but also always parading the Man in question.
The actress has been absent social media for two days, and her most recent post was a birthday greeting for her son, Juwon.
On behalf of my lovely prince, I’d like to express my gratitude to all of the online mommies, daddies, aunts, aunties, and everyone else that came out to support him today!

Thank you for your congratulatory messages, prayers, gifts, etc….God bless y’all ” Mercy Aigbe had posted 48 hours ago.
Since then she has not said a word or posted any post nor influenced for any brand on her Instagram page or story which is very unusual of her as she literally post almost every hour.
The move follows the heavy shade from Eniola Badmus after Mercy Aigbe’s public fight with shoe entrepreneur, Larrit over snatching her friend’s Man and getting married to him.
While shading Mercy Aigbe days ago, Eniola Badmus praised herself for keeping a low profile and bragged that no one knows what is really going on in her life because she is very private.
“My biggest flex is that nobody ever knows what is really going on in my life. Where I am, who I’m with or my next move unless I make it known! Therefore anything anyone says is just an assumption. Privacy is the only luxury. Privacy is peace.”
Meanwhile, Mercy Aigbe has pleaded with the public to not ‘hate her’. In a plea with gossip platform, Gist Lover, Mercy Aigbe claimed she is a friendly personality who does not encourage violence.
When Gist Lover challenged Mercy Aigbe of showing off another man’s husband to hurt the first wife, Mercy Aigbe claimed that there is more to her marriage to Adekaz.
