Laide has angrily cautioned her colleagues to refrain from commenting on such unpleasant rumours in the aftermath of her self-proclaimed Billion Naira net worth and news of her frolicking around.

This comes after Laide attacked her colleague Tonto Dikeh, referring to her as an Oloriburuku, which means “dumb or insane,” for reacting to Gistlover’s article about how she made her money.
It all started on Monday, May 30, 2020, when Laide Bakare revealed that she will be releasing a book to explain how she became self-made via hard work rather than sleeping about, as has been widely speculated.
Gistlover, a prominent Instagram blog, promised to reveal dark truths about Laide Bakare’s source of riches and the various guys with whom she is romantically connected. Tonto Dikeh, Iyabo Ojo, and other female celebrities would be exposed by the gossip site.
