Mr Funny, better known as Sabinus, a Nigerian comedian and skit producer, is planning to sue Peak Milk for 1 billion Naira and Gala for 100 million Naira for using his licenced idea without his permission.
The entertainer claimed in a statement issued by his legal team that the two companies used his picture and content to create advertisements and promotions for their products. Every one of these is being managed without his knowledge or permission.
The Gala Company used an image of one of their clients, Mr Funny, in a business advertisement, and it garnered a lot of attention and followers.

Then again, Peak Milk Company utilized a reserved motto “Something Hooge” for the advert and advancement of their Peal Milk item.
While requesting 1 billion naira from Peak Milk and 100 Million Naira from Gala Company, the legal group encouraged them to despise from utilizing anything having a place with Sabinus without his consent or approval.
