Nollywood actress Funke Akindele has reacted to Nigerian singer Yemi Alade’s celebration of her mother’s birthday on Instagram.
Yemi Alade thanked her mother for giving birth to her, nourishing her, blessing her, tolerating and understanding her.
Yemi Aladed stated that as long as God is on the throne watching over them, she wishes to shower her mother with praises and affection.

Funke Akindele, in response to the post, used the comment area to pray for Yemi Alade’s mother, accompanied with a slew of love emojis.
It is surprising to see Funke Akindele celebrate Yemi Alade’s mother as the actress rarely celebrates Nigerian celebrities during their birthdays or mother’s birthday except for a few people who are probably close to her.
