Veteran Yoruba Actor,Tafa Oloyede is dead

John Adewunmi, often known as Tafa Oloyede, a prominent veteran actor, died at the age of 69.

The actor, who was born in Osun State, died on February 1, 2022, at his home in Arowomole, Kajola, Osogbo.

He had been diagnosed with hypertension prior to his death.

Oloyede, who had his acting training from late Oyin Adejobi, has been in a number of films, including ‘Jaiyesimi,’ ‘Ayanmo,’ ‘Ekuro Oloja,’ ‘Orogun,’ and ‘Akanji Oniposi.’

He began acting in 1974 and has been in a number of films.

The renowned actor’s wife and children survive him.
