Tola Oladokun, also known as Ika Lomo Ejo, a veteran actor, has revealed why she would never be caught portraying a romantic part in a film. Her husband detested seeing her in a bedroom scene with a man, she stated in an interview with Saturday Beats.

“When I first started working in the film industry, my manager urged that I accept a lot of scenes, even though my husband didn’t want me to. However, when things reached to a certain point, certain people started spreading rumors about me. Actors always sleep with each other on set, they informed my husband.
As a result of these rumors, he gave me very severe regulations to follow whenever I had to go on set. He told me at one time that I had to pick between my job and my house. “I selected my house for peace to reign,” she explained, “but I still acted in a few films since I followed all of the regulations he established for the purpose of peace.”
When the rumor mongers refused to stop spreading false information about her to her husband, he advised her to stop acting.
“When the unfavorable gossip about me became more prevalent, Dad advised me not to act again, but I enlisted the help of our family members to implore him.” My spouse adores me and tells everyone who would listen about how much he adores me. “The reason why some actresses don’t have stable homes is because as entertainers, there is every tendency for people to say negative things about us to our spouses owing to the nature of the industry,” Oladokun said.
