She grew up in Ogun State and attended primary and secondary school there. She was inspired to pursue acting after seeing the late renowned Nollywood actress Folake Aremu, who played Orisabunmi in films. She began her career in Nollywood almost 20 years ago. She did, however, perform a variety of roles in films before settling on the one that made her famous today.

 

 

She has portrayed this part in several films, but she rose to prominence after appearing in “Lagos to Benin,” a film produced by renowned Nollywood actor Bolaji Amusan, also known as Mr. Latin. With her humorous movie part, she has managed to win the hearts of many Yoruba movie fans.

 

She is currently a well-known comic actress, with several of Nigeria’s finest comedians featuring her in their sketches. She has received numerous national accolades, including the Emperor Award for Comic Actress of the Year 2021 and the Ijebu Rewa Award for her outstanding portrayal of Ijebu as a whole.
