Manchester United manager Ruben Amorim has revealed that the club will not provide him with funds to bolster the squad during the January transfer window.
The Red Devils suffered a 2-0 defeat to Newcastle at Old Trafford on Monday, marking their fourth consecutive loss across all competitions. This poor form has sparked concerns about the team’s struggles to adapt to Amorim’s preferred 3-4-3 system.
Despite these challenges, the 39-year-old manager has admitted there will be no budget to address the issues in January.

“We don’t have that possibility in January,” Amorim told reporters. “You know the situation better than I do. I’m not here to spend a lot of money and change the entire team. It’s just not the case, so there’s no point in discussing it.”
