Manchester City striker Erling Haaland has hailed Pep Guardiola as the greatest football manager of all time, praising his immense achievements at the Etihad and his impact on the sport.
Guardiola, who has previously managed Barcelona and Bayern Munich, recently signed a one-year contract extension with City.
In an interview with Sky Sports Premier League, Haaland said, via City Xtra, “He’s the best manager in the world and probably the best manager that’s ever existed on Earth.”

Haaland continued, “I expected a lot from him, and he’s been delivering every single second. I’m super happy, and you can see that in my performances as well.”
He also mentioned Guardiola’s drive for perfection, acknowledging that while perfection is unattainable, the manager’s pursuit of it is evident in his approach to the game.
