Valencia have requested the postponement of their LaLiga home game against Real Madrid, ESPN reports. The request follows severe flooding in southeastern Spain, which has claimed at least 70 lives.
The affected areas include Valencia and Albacete, where the government’s emergency coordination center confirmed 70 fatalities and numerous people still missing. LaLiga is expected to announce its decision within 24 hours.
