France and Juventus midfielder Paul Pogba has revealed that he turned down Pep Guardiola’s Manchester City to join Juventus in the last transfer window. In a post shared by Fabrizio Romano on X, Pogba confirmed, “Yes, I turned down Pep Guardiola’s approach to accept the Juventus proposal. That story is true,” he told Gazzetta.

He also emphasized that he would never join Serie A rivals AC Milan, stating that even if Zlatan Ibrahimovic, a senior advisor at AC Milan, were to call him, he would not betray Juventus.

Pogba is set to return to the pitch in January after his four-year ban was reduced to 18 months by the Court of Arbitration for Sport. There are ongoing discussions between Pogba and Juventus regarding the termination of his contract, and he has been linked with several European clubs, including Marseille.
