The video director teamed up with Netflix to create his first drama series, Inside Life, which is full with tension and drama.
Inside Life delves into the lives of Nigerians navigating a challenging and unpredictable society, shaped by the harsh realities of governmental policies and the struggle for survival.
The narrative centers on a desperate man, a devoted sister and an ambitious woman, each grappling with personal and societal hardships in Lagos State, Nigeria.
This project marks a return to filmmaking for Peters, who previously directed the short horror film Hex in 2014.
Hex premiered at the 2015 Africa International Film Festival (AFRIFF), where it won the Best Short Film award.
Set to premiere on October 11, 2024, Inside Life promises to captivate audiences with its intense portrayal of themes like greed, power, and survival.
The series features a stellar cast including Jide Kosoko, Jiyan Babaoja, Zack Orji, Meg Otanwa, Scarlett Gomez and Gabriel Afolayan, all poised to deliver performances that will resonate deeply with viewers.
