Former Manchester United striker Louis Saha has endorsed the club’s £52 million investment in 19-year-old Leny Yoro, asserting that the price is justified.
According to Saha, the fee reflects the current market conditions, Yoro’s age, potential, and the interest from major clubs like Real Madrid.
Saha told Belfred, “The high cost is due to the market, his youth, potential, and the competition from other big teams. He’s a talented player with room to grow. At just 18, he’ll develop further and adapt well to the Premier League.”

He added, “Yoro is a strong prospect, and I’m not alone in this opinion—Rio Ferdinand recently spoke positively about him. As a former center-back, Ferdinand’s endorsement is a strong sign that the player’s value is well-placed.”
