Nollywood actress Nazo Ekezie has seen her fair share of heartbreak from the opposite sex despite her youth and beauty.

In a recent interview, the actress, who recently released her latest film, Blinded, discusses her experiences with love and betrayal, as well as how she handled the issue well.

“I’ve been injured and betrayed by love in the past, despite being young and gorgeous.” It wasn’t an easy experience, but I had to deal with it by keeping myself occupied; work helps. I won’t deny that I cry for a few moments before returning to work, but I don’t and can’t starve myself because of man. Certainly not! I’m a culinary connoisseur. All we have to do now is eat well while we wait for the Lord to send us a better man. I’m not going to come here and die.”

Nazi Ekezie also admitted that she easily falls in love but there are certain terms and conditions attached, “I easily fall in love with kind people. I like kindness, I also easily love a man who is a feminist (support women’s rights) but an unkind person or man is a huge turn-off for me.”

The year 2021 is coming to an end, the Anambra State Indigene penned some of her take-home lessons.
