Nicki was shown in the first shot wearing a pink wig and holding a birthday cake in one hand while concealing her exposed breast with the other.

The rapper was seen entirely naked and straddling a large teddy bear while smiling at the camera in the second photo, while she was photographed leaning forward while holding the cake in one hand and covering both of her breasts with her free arm in the third photo.
