The driver of the Toyota Camry with the registration number SMK-43MO drove carelessly, which caused the vehicle to slide over the bridge and crash in a ditch at Anthony inwards Oshodi, according to Adebayo Taofiq, the Public Relations Officer of LASTMA, who spoke with PUNCH Metro.
Taofiq stated, “The vehicle that fell from the bridge was a Toyota Camry with the license plate SMK-43 MO. He was going in the direction of Oshodi from Anthony-Oke. He switched the steering from the other side while he was racing other cars on the road, which caused him to fall off the bridge and land in a ditch.
He continued by saying that the victim only had minor bruising and that the car had been pulled off the road in order to ease traffic.
He called one or two pals as soon as the tragedy occurred, and they set up a tow truck right away to get the car off the road. He did, however, suffer injuries to a few different bodily regions.
To avoid traffic jams, Anthony police officers paid a visit to the scene, and LASTMA representatives helped to remove the cars. Driving cautiously is advised in order to prevent frequent accidents.
