The Spanish international, who previously played for Manchester City and won the Premier League in 2021, transitioned from a winger to a lone striker under Pep Guardiola. Despite a promising start, Torres faced challenges upon his £55 million transfer to Barcelona in 2022, particularly with the arrival of Robert Lewandowski. Now, he is on Barcelona’s list of players earmarked for potential transfer to address financial constraints.
