Nollywood star Lateef Adedimeji tweeted a trailer for a film directed by his soon-to-be wife, Mo Bimpe. Surprisingly, the pair in the film acted like lovers. Lateef played an Igbo man who is in love with a Yoruba princess. In the video, the actor professed his love for his wife, noting that his feelings for her are not juvenile.
In Yoruba with an Igbo accent, Adedimeji was overheard saying:
Is there another name apart from love? That is what I feel for you. I love you more than the one who just sings. I love you and it is not a matter of hide and seek. I love you not because you are a princess. I am also a prince from Onitsha. Let me burst your brain, I will love you till the end of time. I will respectably respect you and I will cherish you.”
