According to football transfer specialist Fabrizio Romano, it is highly probable that Manchester United’s midfielder, Donny van de Beek, will part ways with Old Trafford during the upcoming January transfer window. Romano shared this information on The United Stand’s YouTube channel, suggesting that the Dutch talent is seeking a permanent transfer to secure consistent playing opportunities outside of Manchester United.

“It’s a shame because Donny wanted to play for United; he loved this opportunity, but at the same time, he is never playing.

“He also knows after the injury he needs regular football. He can’t stay on the bench for a long time.”

Van de Beek has been frozen out of Man United’s first-team plans since recovering from his long-term knee problem.

The 26-year-old has made just two appearances for Erik ten Hag’s side this season.

He joined the Red Devils from Ajax for an initial fee of £34 million in 2020.
