Ramos has yet to make an appearance due to chronic injury issues arising from his stint in Spain.
PSG are alleged to believe they have been deceived about his situation and are willing to look into the possibility of parting ways with the 34-year-old.
On May 5, he made his farewell appearance for Real Madrid in their Champions League semi-final second leg loss to Chelsea.
Since July, the 35-year-old has been paid £250,000 a week by PSG despite not appearing in a single game for Mauricio Pochettino’s side.
Meanwhile, PSG released a statement last month stating that Ramos would be ‘considered’ for a return to training in the near future.
