Mide Martins, also known as Mide Funmi Martins Abiodun. She was born on April 12, 1980, and is an accomplished actress, businesswoman, and philanthropist from Nigeria. She shares her late mother Funmi Martins’s beauty and talent. Funmi Martins is a name you won’t soon forget if you’re a lover of Nollywood, the Nigerian film industry, particularly its Yoruba subgenre. This is due to the fact that she stood out as a shining star in the Nigerian entertainment galaxy. Funmi Martins was born in Ilesha, Osun state, as Funmi Oguntomi. She did, however, grow up in Lagos, Abeokuta, Ogun, and Ibadan, Oyo states.

She attended Abeokuta Grammar School for her secondary education after attending Okiona Primary School for her elementary schooling. She continued her education at Bibo Secretarial Institute, where she earned a diploma in secretarial studies. She then began modeling before trying her hand at acting. In 1992, Funmi Martins met Kola Idowu in an attempt to break into the acting business, but her efforts were unsuccessful. Her good fortune didn’t arrive until 1993, when film producer Felix Duca recognized her brilliance and immediately decided to launch her career.

Nkechi Blessing Sunday is a Nigerian actress, singer, musician, director, producer, and playwright originally from the state of Abia but was raised in Surulere in the state of Lagos.
