In commemoration of the innocent Nigerians who lost their lives, Nigerians, including several Nollywood actors, have therefore publicly expressed their support. One actor was seen waving the priceless national flag, and another was seen brandishing a postcard bearing the protest slogan “END SARS.”

This morning, Ekubo announced the decision in a post on his Instagram page.

He posted a picture of the anti-police brutality demonstration and wrote:

“Dear Nigerian Government, we will NEVER forget this day. 20 – 10 – 20. We will return the favour. The Labour of our heroes past shall never be in vain.

“I still maintain, Lekki Toll plaza shLekki Tollgate Should Be Free, We Paid With Our Blood”
