Kiekie, the renowned skit maker and brand influencer, recently opened up about her decision not to share details about her husband on her social media platforms.
Kiekie, who is also an actress, has chosen not to feature her husband in her online posts or discuss him on her social media pages. This choice has led some to speculate that she is intentionally hiding him.
During an interview with media personality Chude Jideonwo, Kiekie clarified that her reason for not posting about her husband is not because she is hiding him, but rather because her Instagram page primarily serves as a business platform for her.

She explained that her husband is not involved in her professional endeavors and does not receive a salary from her, which is why she refrains from showcasing him online.
The only occasion where Kiekie shared a post featuring her husband was during her daughter’s pregnancy journey, as he played a significant role in that particular chapter of their lives.
“I don’t share my husband on Instagram not because I’m hiding him but because my Instagram is a business Instagram. My husband is not part of my business. He doesn’t collect a salary. What ‘consine’ him?”.
“But I’m pregnant and I wanted to share it, it’s not me that ‘pregnant and I wanted to share it, it’s not me that ‘pregnant’ by myself. It was a collaboration and he’s alive and we’re not fighting so why not. So when we had the baby and we’re going to do Thanksgiving. It was family”.
On why she doesn’t post him on his birthdays, Kiekie said, “Cause my birthday is MY birthday. I don’t see the need to post him on his birthday because he’s not even on Instagram.
So the person I want to wish didn’t dey there. So I should now be wishing him for you… Why? He’s in my bed. He sleeps there. ‘Sweerie happy birthday to you’. Why do I have to go and tell millions of human beings that he’s doing a birthday”.
Kiekie added that the next time she would share photos of her husband is when she gets pregnant again.
“But before you see him again, it will be a while. Only maybe if we born another child again sha”.
