In a recent media interview, Ifeoluwa Gbadegeshin, a popular Yoruba movie actor widely known as Mr Fresh, has shed light on the true circumstances surrounding the untimely passing of fellow actor Murphy Afolabi. Ifeoluwa, who was present at Murphy’s burial, revealed that the initial reports of Murphy hitting his head on a surface were not accurate. Instead, he disclosed that those who were with Murphy at the time claimed that he vomited and gradually collapsed.

According to Ifeoluwa, Murphy had a movie production planned for the upcoming weekend. In preparation for the shoot, Murphy had instructed some crew members to contact other actors who would be joining him on the set. While Ifeoluwa was present, Murphy went to the bathroom to take a bath and later emerged to have a bowl of pap (a Nigerian porridge-like dish). Shortly after consuming the pap, Murphy started vomiting and gradually lost consciousness. Despite all the efforts made to save his life, it was tragically too late.
