Mr. Macaroni stated in his testimony that “Oh sure, I ran into the King of my Home Town, The Alake of Egbaland. I’m from Abeokuta, Nigeria.”

The touching video captured the moment the popular comedian bowed down in front of the King as a symbol of respect, and the king shook his hand and prayed for him.

It’s not often that people get the chance to meet their hometown’s monarch, but Mr Macaroni was fortunate enough to do so, and he exceeded expectations with an act of humility.

Meanwhile, in Yoruba culture, children are trained to be courteous and humble in the presence of elders, and Mr Macaroni exemplified this in the movie.

Furthermore, Mr. Macaroni has demonstrated to us that celebrity does not have to come at the expense of humility, and that in order to advance in life, one must be polite, especially to elders.

In addition, the video drew a lot of attention on the internet, with many people reacting in the comments area.
