Rose Odika is a very simple and a down to earth person. She is from a humble background and she is the second child in a family of 7. Rose Odika attended St. Richard Catholic primary school in Eleyele, Ibadan. From there, she went to Amadia grammar school. Rose waited a little bit before continuing her education.

While trying to get her jamb right, she went to St. Andrews college of education in music department, she was there for six months. Unfortunately, Rose Odika didn’t make her first jamb examination. Her father wanted her to study Jamal language or linguistics as the second course. But she decided to change her course to theatre art and her father never liked it.
