Folarin Falana, popularly known by his stage name, Falz, is a Nigerian rapper, songwriter, and actor who is known for his socially conscious music and outspoken activism. He is also the son of renowned Nigerian lawyer and human rights activist, Femi Falana.

In a recent video posted on his Instagram page, Falz disclosed that he had undergone knee surgery. He shared that he had sustained a knee injury while playing football on the 23rd of November 2022. After undergoing an MRI, it was discovered that he had completely torn his ACL, which is a common injury among athletes.

Falz expressed his gratitude for the support and prayers he has received from his fans and fellow celebrities, acknowledging that the journey towards recovery will not be an easy one.
