The marriage has since come to an end, with the actor recently telling an Ikeja High Court how his estranged wife, Ijeoma, reportedly fled their marital home and denied him access to their two children.

In addition, the star wants sole custody of his three-year-old son and ten-year-old stepdaughter.

Ikeagwu said his wife moved out of his matrimonial home and wrote him a mail saying she was travelling to her father’s house in Enugu under cross-examination by the respondent’s lawyer, S.I. Amedu.

“She said she was in her father’s house in Enugu, and four days later, I spotted her at the Lagos airport, on her way to who knows where.” She stated in her mail that she was in Enugu.”

Ikeagwu also refuted that he evicted his wife and children and failed to cater for their basic needs.

The actor further told the court that his wife refused to have s3x with him and dumped water on him when he was asleep

“She has refused to have intercourse with me since the birth of our kid. I had no idea she had lost the pregnancy owing to an illness because I had not given her any.
“I have yet to see any report connected to a paperwork stating that she had lost a baby due to an STD.” He added, “I didn’t ask her why she lost the baby because I didn’t ask her why she lost the baby.”

Ikeagwu claims he stopped giving money to his stepdaughter’s care and maintenance because his wife denied he was the father.

He went on to say that this happened after she accused him of trying to sleep with the child and refused to accept the money he sent her.

“The only reason the girl kid should not be in the mother’s custody is if the mother is mentally ill or if there is a question of infidelity.” Assuming the girl’s monthly cycle has begun, you as a father are at a loss on what to do. The blood will make you squeamish. A delicate female girl. “Your situation has gotten worse since you’ve been accused,” he explained.
The case was continued until June 23 to allow for a continuation of the hearing.
