One of the late Alaafin of Oyo, Oba Lamidi Adeyemi’s wives, Olori Memunat Omowumi, is in mourning as the Kingdom hosts a celebration of life ritual for the monarch.
The Alaafin of Oyo, Lamidi Adeyemi, died in April at the Afe Babalola University Teaching Hospital in Ado Ekiti, according to Gossipinfo news.
The King’s birthday celebration is still going on, and Olori Memunat has posted a video from the procession.

Olori Memunat expressed her sorrow on Instagram as she said the Alaafin farewell.
She wrote, “Rest on Atanda”.
The queen who has stayed off social media since his demise took to her Instagram page to eulogise her late husband.
Gossipinfo news recalls that Olori Memunat showed her love and respect for the King as she marked her birthday in tears.
