On October 15th, 2021, Nollywood legendary actor Bolaji Amusan, also known as Mr Latin, became 55 years old.
Mr Latin, who is most known for his comedic performances in Yoruba films, celebrated his 55th birthday by posting images of himself on his official Instagram account.
“Thank you Lord for another year,” the Yoruba comedian wrote in the caption of one of his posts. “It’s my birthday.”

Bolaji Amusan, better known by his stage name Mr Latin, is a Nigerian actor and comedian. Mr Latin is a native of Gbongan, Osun state, and was born on October 16, 1966.
Mr Latin, the National President of the Theatre Arts and Motion Pictures Practitioners Association of Nigeria (TAMPPAN), made headlines earlier this year after reacting to Yoruba actor Baba Ijesha’s ongoing sexual assault lawsuit.
Mr Latin claims that Baba Ijesha was never a member of the organization, hence he was never expelled.
Mr Latin emphasized that the most TAMPPAN could do was criticize Baba Ijesha for the allegations leveled against him as an industry partner.
